During my childhood in France, I was always unwell. I had asthma, eczema, and my gut health was a problem. Doctors prescribed medicine for my asthma, steroid cream for my eczema, and antibiotics for my acne. Each issue was dealt with separately and with different drugs.
Ten years ago, I moved to London, and I started to develop gluten sensitivity, dairy allergies and histamine intolerance. It all escalated quickly as I developed more and more digestive issues. Finally, I was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), SIBO and Candida, but still, no one could tell me exactly what was going on with my body.
Two years later, I started to develop acid reflux. I had difficulty drinking, eating, and sleeping and was diagnosed with Eosinophilic Oesophagitis. It was devastating to discover another health issue. I had a laparoscopy where they found Endometriosis!
Expert in Gut issues and NLP practitioner
Through research, I discovered that our mental state and what we eat have an enormous impact on our health. Changing our mindset and changing what we eat can help reduce symptoms and potentially even avoid certain diseases.
I became a qualified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner, and I studied Nutritional Medicine to become a Registered Nutritional Therapist. My studies helped me to understand how the body works and how to use the science of nutrition to help and support the body.
During my study, I discovered that our gut plays a massive part in our immune system and our body's functioning. So I decided that I was ready to re-focus on optimising my health.
Having successfully healed my gut problems, I have developed a passion for helping others do the same and letting them know that they do not need to suffer from these symptoms.
As you can see, you are not alone! I too, was in your shoes once.
Now it's your turn. So what are you waiting for?
