As a nutritional therapist and personal trainer I'll help you achieve certain fitness goals, including but not limited to weight loss, strength training, toning, and overall health management.

What to expect during a session?

Each training session will be different and can include a variety of exercise types. 

I love to train outdoors for the vitality it adds to the workout, but I am equally happy to train at your home or place of work.
