Get to Know Me
I always had digestive issues when I was a kid. I was often sick and had to take a lot of antibiotics. I had asthma and skin problems such as eczema and acne.
Following some personal issues, I decided to move to London and a few years later I developed some allergies. I discovered that I was intolerant to gluten and I developed an allergy to milk. It became more and more difficult for me to eat and GPs struggled to understand why I had these symptoms. This is why I decided to look for myself and tried to find out what was happening to my body.
Through research, I discovered that the mind or what we eat have an enormous impact on our health and that changing our mindset and changing what we eat can help to reduce symptoms and avoid certain diseases. I became a qualified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and I studied Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine for 3 years to become a Certified Nutritional Therapist. I learned how the human body works and how our food affects us.
A few years ago, I discovered that I had an autoimmune disease called Eosinophilic Esophagus and endometriosis, potentially linked to intestinal permeability (leaky gut). The knowledge I acquired throughout my studies really helped me to understand my symptoms and guided me to find the best plan to relieve them.
By changing my diet and my mindset, I managed to reset my body.
