I always had digestive issues when I was a kid. I was often sick and had to take a lot of antibiotics. I had asthma, gut symptoms and skin problems such as eczema and acne.
Following some personal issues, I decided to move to London and a few years later I developed some allergies. I discovered that I was intolerant to gluten and also developed an allergy to milk.
I developed two autoimmune diseases (endometriosis and Eosinophilic esophagitis)
It became more and more difficult for me to eat and doctors struggled to understand my symptoms.
This is why I decided to look for myself and tried to find out what was happening to my body.
What I made to change my health
Through research, I discovered that our mind and what we eat have an enormous impact on our health and that changing our mindset and changing what we eat can help reduce symptoms and avoid certain diseases.
I became a qualified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and I studied nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine for 3 years to become a Certified Nutritional Therapist.
I learned how the human body works and how food affects us
A few years ago, I discovered that I had an autoimmune disease called Eosinophilic Oesophagus and endometriosis, potentially linked to intestinal permeability (leaky gut). The knowledge I acquired throughout my studies helped me to understand my symptoms and guided me to find the best plan to relieve them and even remove some. By changing my diet and my mindset, I managed to reset my body.
Now it's your turn. What are you waiting for?
I am a registered Nutritional Therapist with CNHC and BANT
