But I didn't let it defeat me. I took control of my health and found the root cause of my constipation. I changed my old habits, implemented new ones and finally found relief.

I know how it feels to be lost and alone in this journey. I spent countless hours searching for answers on the internet, only to be met with conflicting information that left me more confused. But I didn't give up. I decided to study nutrition and go back to nature for answers. And that's when everything changed for me.
